Welcome to GameGigz, a platform operated by Bobos Studios LLC, UAE. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and content. By using GameGigz, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. User Content

Users may post text, images, videos, links, and other multimedia content on GameGigz. Posting of executable code or scripts is not permitted.

Users retain ownership of the content they post. However, by uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable license to host, display, and promote your content on GameGigz and in our marketing and promotional materials.

We are implementing Amazon Rekognition for moderation and currently working to integrate a manual "Report Post" feature. Users may report content they believe violates our Terms. Reported content will be reviewed within 72 hours and, if necessary, removed. Users may appeal content takedowns by contacting support.

Code of Conduct

By using GameGigz, you agree to respect others and follow our Community Guidelines. Harassment, hate speech, spam, or inappropriate behavior will result in content removal or account suspension.

2. Account Eligibility and Management

To use GameGigz, you must be at least 18 years old, or have permission and supervision from a legal guardian. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Each account must be registered to a real individual and may not be transferred or sold. Users may delete their accounts at any time through their profile settings. Upon deletion, all associated data will be permanently removed.

3. Payments and Donations

GameGigz does not currently offer payment or donation features. Any future implementation of such features will be subject to additional terms.

If donation features are enabled in the future, users will be solely responsible for how those funds are used. Donations will be non-refundable, and GameGigz will not be responsible for any disputes arising between users.

4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• GameGigz is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or the absence of bugs or errors.
• We are not responsible for content posted by users. All responsibility lies with the individual posting the content.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any damages arising from your use of the platform.
• GameGigz includes user-submitted third-party links (e.g., YouTube, Vimeo, external sites). We are not responsible for the content, availability, or safety of these external links.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bobos Studios LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or legal fees resulting from your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

6. Intellectual Property and Licensing

Users retain all rights to their original content. By posting on GameGigz, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable license to host, display, and promote your content within GameGigz and in our marketing and promotional materials.

7. DMCA Takedown / Copyright Infringement

If you believe any content on GameGigz infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown request to [Insert Legal Email]. Include the following:

• Your contact info
• A description of the work being infringed
• The URL of the infringing content
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you own the content or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright holder
• Your signature (typed or digital)

8. Termination and Changes

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notice.

We may suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these Terms or engage in unlawful or harmful behavior.

9. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Post or share content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, or discriminatory
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Circumvent or disable security measures
• Attempt to access restricted areas of the site without authorization
• Use GameGigz to solicit payments or services outside of approved channels (when applicable)

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
